Kherson has been without power supply for the second day after a massive Russian attack on the energy sector. This was announced by the head of the military administration of the city of Kherson, Roman Mrochko.

According to him, on the morning of November 29, power engineers were unable to restore the electricity supply to Kherson. It also failed to enable critical infrastructure.

“Further damage has been discovered. The launch of critical infrastructure in the community is tentatively scheduled for the afternoon,” said Mrochko.

A total of 12 hits were recorded yesterday, mainly on fuel and energy sector facilities in different regions of Ukraine.
