Jaguar’s main objective is to test the readiness level of soldiers to plan, prepare, execute and improve joint tactical operations.
The Jaguar-24 exercise with the participation of the 17th Wielkopolska Brigade and the Czech military began on the Baltic coast of Poland. More than 500 soldiers and 100 pieces of equipment, including Leopard tanks and RAK self-propelled mortars, are participating in the maneuvers. This was reported by the press service of the Polish Ministry of National Defense on Monday, November 25.
“Tactical training Jaguar-24 is one of the largest training projects of the 17th Wielkopolska Mechanized Brigade this year is taking place at the Drawsko Combat Training Center and will last until November 27,” the message said.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that the main purpose of Jaguar is to test the level of training of soldiers for planning, training, conducting and improving joint tactical operations.
The exercise involved more than 500 soldiers, 100 pieces of military equipment, including RAK self-propelled mortars, ROSOMAK wheeled armored personnel carriers, Hibneryt anti-aircraft systems, Leopady tanks and logistics support vehicles.
