Russian President Vladimir Putin behaved strangely during a speech about the use of the Oreshnik missile.
On the evening of November 21, the dictator made a video message, saying that the newest medium-range Oreshnik missile had hit the Dnieper. The war criminal’s speech lasted 7 minutes and 45 seconds, but there was one strange thing. Journalists from Bild drew attention to this.
It is noted that during his speech, Putin never moved his hands or fingers. This is quite strange, because previously the dictator actively and often gesticulated during addresses.
Experts suggest that this treatment is probably a video montage, and the immobilized arms were “painted” onto the body. This could have been done because Putin was ill or to hide his excitement.
Bild also writes that on November 22, at a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, Putin was already fingering the sheets of speech and occasionally gesticulating.
Let us remind you that on November 21, Russia fired missiles at the Dnieper.
That same evening, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that Russia had attacked the Dnieper River with an Oreshnik ballistic missile and that the attack was a test of a new weapon. And on November 22, the dictator once again noted the novelty of the missile and emphasized the supposed stock of such missiles in the Russian army.
