The British Prime Minister emphasized that Ukraine “must get what it needs, and as much as it needs to win the war.”
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer speaks at the G20 summit in Brazil. This was reported by Sky News.
The head of the British government also noted the absence of the head of Russia’s ruling regime at this event for the third year in a row.
“He (Putin, – ed.) is the author of his exile, and on the 1000th day of Russia’s illegal war in Ukraine, I say again: stop the war, leave Ukraine,” the British official emphasized.
The Prime Minister answered reporters’ questions about whether the British should “prepare for nuclear war.”
“Irresponsible rhetoric is coming out of Russia, and it will not stop our support for Ukraine,” he stressed.
Starmer also spoke about Ukraine’s “1,000 days of sacrifice” and reiterated that “the country must get what it needs, as much as it needs, to win the war.”
We remind you that an Interflex training mission is currently underway in the UK. To date, 50 thousand soldiers of the Ukrainian army have completed training.
