During the Russian missile attack on the morning of November 17, thousands of Kiev residents used the capital’s metro as a storage facility.
As you can see in the photo of Yan Dobronosov from the Telegraph publication, people went underground with children. They had food and water, mats, blankets and blankets with them.
Some slept, some watched how the air defense shot down missiles and drones, others played games on their smartphones. Kiev residents also brought pets into the metro.
Let us recall that the occupiers launched Kh-101/55 and Caliber cruise missiles, Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, Iskander-M (KN-23) ballistic missiles, Zircon missiles, as well as attack drones at Kyiv. Air defense was working.
The air raid warning in the capital lasted about 5 hours.
