Johnson warned against the Normandy format

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin could potentially create the risk of a return to the Normandy format, which was ineffective. Johnson announced this on Platform X.
