A report for transfer to another unit can now be submitted in the Army+ application.
Starting today, this application has a corresponding function. The report submission process takes about 15 minutes. To do this, you need a military ID or an officer’s ID and a letter of recommendation from the unit to which the military man plans to transfer. Additionally, VLK withdrawal may be required to translate through health status. Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this on November 15 on Facebook.
There is now no need to submit commander’s consent, just like the Commander’s Army ID – the request is automatically sent to the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where it will be reviewed within 72 hours.
However, in some cases, the Personnel Center may contact the commanders of military units for approval. This may concern transfers between rear lines or between combat brigades. Coordination is also necessary if the military man is an officer or holds an officer position.
If a military officer is denied a transfer, the application will definitely indicate clear reasons. For example, transfer is prohibited for military personnel who have served in their unit for less than six months or less than a year has passed since the preliminary transfer at the initiative of the military man.
Let us remind you that from November 9, the “Reserve+” application introduced the opportunity to apply for a deferment from mobilization online. order.
