Former people’s deputy of Ukraine Andrei Derkach, who fled the country and is on the wanted list, joined the Security and Defense Committee of the Council of Federations of Russia.
Previously, he became a senator from the Astrakhan region of Russia.
Derkach has been a member of the Ukrainian parliament since 1998. After February 22, he fled from Ukraine. The SBU accused Derkach of working for Russian intelligence. Zelensky deprived of citizenship.
Crake is a defendant in the scandal with the so-called “Poroshenko tapes.” In 2020, he released a recording of a conversation between people with voices similar to Petro Poroshenko and Joe Biden, as well as a conversation between voices similar to Poroshenko and Putin (this is where “I shake hands, Vladimir Vladimirovich”). The authenticity of the recordings has not been confirmed.
