42% of Ukrainians are against the election of the President of Ukraine during the war.
According to a survey by the social group “Rating”, 22% of citizens support the holding of elections, 14% – rather support, 18% – rather do not support. Another 4% of respondents found it difficult to answer.
Overall, since February 2024, the number of those who do not support the elections has decreased by 7%.
Also, 36% of respondents are against parliamentary elections, and 28% clearly support it. Another 3% of respondents found it difficult to answer.
The survey was conducted from September 27 to October 1, 2024 using a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) method based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers. In total, 2 thousand Ukrainian residents aged 18 years and older were surveyed. The sample did not include citizens who are outside Ukraine and live in the occupied territory. The representativeness error does not exceed +/-3.5%.
