    .

This was announced by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Denis Shmigal.

In fact, priority in mobilization today is given to non-working people. And, accordingly, the basis of this principle has already been implemented,” he said.

According to him, this is how the “fight or work” principle works.

As of today, 98% of the sent out summonses, which are generated through the Oberig registry, are sent to people who do not pay a single hryvnia of taxes and are not registered anywhere. Priority in mobilization today is given to unemployed and unemployed people. Accordingly, the basis of this principle has already been implemented. Only 2% of summonses over the past two months were sent to working people, the prime minister said at the Kiev International Economic Forum.

In his New Year’s address before 2024, President Vladimir Zelensky said for the first time that in Ukraine it is not possible to simply ignore the war: you either work or fight.
