“In the past 24 hours, 132,274 positive tests for coronavirus were registered in Italy. On the same day last week, there were 83,555 (+ 58.3%). In the past 7 days (June 29 – July 5), 588,976 cases is registered, ” – said the message.
In addition, according to statistics website Worldometer, nationwide, nearly 19 million people are infected with COVID. At the same time, 17.7 million of them were able to beat the disease, while 168.7 thousand infected people died from the infection.
So far, 556 million cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the world. The pandemic has already claimed the lives of 6.4 million people on the planet.
