“There will be new products and expansion of both international and domestic services, so for the Christmas holidays we will make great gifts for our passengers,” said Pertsovsky.
According to him, Ukrzaliznytsia has taken a course so that all tickets are available exclusively from official sources.
“But still, the demand exceeds the supply, because we have limited rolling stock, many cars today are used for medical transport and, despite the fact that cars are updated and added, not always they are enough for all communication about international communications, then it is still a matter of communication with international partners,” said the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.
We remind you that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will allocate 300 million euros to Ukrzaliznytsia to update the fleet of double-power electric locomotives.
It was also reported that the Verkhovna Rada approved the Framework Agreement between Ukraine and Korea on loans from the Economic Development and Cooperation Fund for 2024-2029. The decision will open the way to financing the program to expand the rolling stock of Ukrzaliznytsia – the purchase of 20 Intercity+ class electric trains.
