Fidan said the search for common ground between Russia and Ukraine continues and “neither side wants to look like a loser in this process.”

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan admitted the emergence of a new war situation in Ukraine as early as 2025. This was reported by Hurriyet.

He said that “fatigue on both sides could lead to a new situation in 2025.”

According to Fidan, the search for common ground between Russia and Ukraine continues and “neither side wants to look like a loser in this process.”

“A fair solution to the war must be found within the framework of the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the minister stressed.

Let’s recall that according to media reports, Türkiye has started preparations for the visit of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to Ankara. The date of the visit has not yet been agreed upon.

As reported, in September, speaking at the UN General Assembly, the President of Turkey, Recep Erdogan, said that the country will increase its efforts to end the Russian-Ukrainian war through diplomacy and dialogue.
