A massive attack by Russian drones was repelled by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
On the night of November 3, the enemy launched an attack with a Kh-59/69 guided missile from the airspace of the Kursk region and launched 96 Shahed attack UAVs and unidentified drones in the directions of the Russian Bryansk, Kursk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.
The enemy air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine. For Russian purposes, they worked in the Kyiv, Sumy, Khmelnitsky, Zhitomir, Nikolaev, Odessa, Cherkassy, Chernigov, Kirovograd, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions.
KAR X-59/69 and 66 drones were shot down. Another 27 UAVs were lost in location, and one flew to Belarus.
Let us recall that a night attack by Russian Shahed-type UAVs led to damage to civilian objects and vehicles in the Kyiv, Chernigov and Sumy regions. In Kyiv, debris from enemy drones fell in the Shevchenko and Goloseevsky districts.
