The Moscow Patriarchate began to set standards in Russian businesses. Appointment to the positions of singles and divorced persons is not included in their number.
The Deputy Chairman of the Synodal Department of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church Vakhtang Kipshidze in an interview with Gazeta.Ru said that the appointment of single and divorced men to various positions in Russian companies is “not should be the norm.”
According to him, employees and managers are obliged to have their own families, although he admitted that there are worthy candidates in any category of citizens.
“The social norm is family status for both managers and workers,” Kipshidze said.
He emphasized that in the paradigm of traditional values, divorce should be seen as a tragedy.
Also, according to Kipshidze, men should not have work tasks. At the same time, they are obliged to “take responsibility for creating families.”
In the past, Russian scientists said that Russia was facing total annihilation of the population. The problem is “catastrophic.”
Also in September, it was reported that in the Russian Federation they decided to widely test women for fertility.
