Criminal charges must be filed against Joe Biden after his presidential term expires. This was stated by the member of the Duma Security Committee, Mikhail Sheremet, RosSMI reported.
According to him, Biden will go down in history “as the bloodiest American president, who caused conflicts in different parts of the planet and decided at the end of his political career to create the initial conditions for the start of the third world war.”
