The media version of Russia’s plans to abandon its usual tactics is illogical, said Mikhail Podolyak, spokesman for the Office of the President.
The Russian Federation will not give in to attacks on the energy sector, as this is the main argument for psycho-emotional pressure on Ukraine and its partners. Therefore, the statement about “negotiations” between Kiev and Moscow to stop the strikes is a strange logic. This is what Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office (OP) Mikhail Podolyak said in a commentary on the RBC-Ukraine YouTube channel.
He noted that this is the fourth time he has heard about “negotiations through Qatar” to stop attacks on energy facilities, and each time the media refers to anonymous sources .
According to him, due to the type of war that was carried out by Russia, using attacks on the energy sector as the main argument for psycho-emotional pressure on Ukraine and its international partners, the enemy continues to intensify :

is bringing in manpower from North Korea.
According to him, this is a “quite strange logic” of the Western media, because why would Russia abandon the kind of war it is doing, “if it does not know how to do otherwise.”
According to Podolyak, such news is a newspaper canard. However, a person needs such misinformation, and its volume will increase.
