Collaborators in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine have come up with another method of forced passportization of local residents.
This was reported today, October 30, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
Collaborators threaten not to provide heat to those who have not renegotiated contracts with heat suppliers. However, to renew the contract, you need to re-register ownership of the apartment in accordance with the laws of the occupier, and also have a Russian passport. Thus, in fact, heat can only be obtained if there is red waste paper, the message states.
The CNS notes that with such actions the enemy once again violates international humanitarian law and forces Ukrainians to obtain a Russian passport, because it does not recognize the right of the Ukrainian nation to exist.
The CNS calls for reporting to the anonymous chatbot about everyone who is helping the Russians put pressure on Ukrainians and who voluntarily cooperated with the enemy.
