In Kyiv, police several times used the services of sex workers to expose a brothel.
It is noted that in Kyiv three twilights were sentenced to four years in prison. According to the court, the suspects are a Georgian citizen and two Ukrainian women. They organized a brothel where they provided sexual services to clients, TSN writes.
According to the case materials, it is known that from September to October 2022, a police representative had sex with prostitutes three times during an investigative experiment and paid 4.5 thousand UAH for it.
In November 2022, another police representative used the services of sex workers, paying 1.6 thousand UAH for this.
In January 2023, two more police officers conducted “investigative experiments” and had sex with prostitutes. For this they paid 2 and 5 thousand hryvnia.
After this, the suspects were detained by the police.
The court analyzed the case materials and found all three women guilty under Part 2 of Art. 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This verdict can be appealed to the appellate court.
