The walk almost ended with an encounter with a predator.
With a difference of four minutes, a border guard camera trap recorded a walking bear and a local woman. Fortunately, no harm happened to the woman. After receiving data from the camera trap, law enforcement officers immediately found the young lady and warned her of the danger.
Border guards urged locals and tourists to be careful and remember that walking near the border is dangerous.
At the beginning of October, the State National Service of Ukraine reported that a bear from Romania swam across the Tisa and ended up in Transcarpathia.
On the outskirts of the Transcarpathian city of Tyachiv, border guards spotted a bear. Not far from the place where the cameras recorded the movement of the clubfoot, the border with Romania runs along the Tisza River. On the Romanian side, this area contains mountains and dense forest, where the brown one probably lives. And after swimming in Tisza, he seemed to just want to travel.
