Rustem Umerov assured that the new rules will strengthen the country’s defense capabilities, which will strengthen the army.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved important changes to strengthen military records and monitor violations of the law. This was said by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
“Ukraine continues to digitize the defense sector, making the conscription process in the army more fair and efficient,” the official assured.
He assured that now the territorial recruitment centers, the Security Service of Ukraine, intelligence agencies and the National Police will exchange data through an electronic system. According to him, this will allow law enforcement to quickly and efficiently receive information about violators and deliver them to the TCC or the relevant authorities.
The head of the Ministry of Defense added that the new rules will also strengthen the country’s defense capabilities, making the army stronger and military records clearer.
Earlier, Rustem Umerov said that in 2024, mobilization rates in Ukraine will increase three times.
