According to social networks, the incident began when employees of the military registration and enlistment office stopped a truck at a checkpoint where a Ukrainian and three German volunteers “returned to the eastern regions, where they distributed humanitarian aid.” The Ukrainian attracted the attention of TCC employees, and they allegedly began to pressure him. A German intervened in the situation – “they sprayed him in the eyes, beat him and left him unconscious.”

The police revealed the details of the incident. Around six o’clock in the morning, they stopped a Mercedes car. The man refused to go to the military registration and enlistment office.
