The Russian dictator “does not remember” the threats of former US President Trump, they say, the threats “only encourage” the Russian Federation.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said he “doesn’t remember” conversations with former US President and now Republican candidate Donald Trump, in which he allegedly threatened to hit Moscow for a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by RosSMI on Thursday, October 24.
Putin made the corresponding statement at a press conference following the BRICS summit in Kazan.
“You can threaten anyone. It makes no sense to threaten Russia, because it only encourages us. But I don’t remember such a conversation with Mr. Trump,” he said.
Let’s note that former US President Donald Trump recently said that he threatened Russian dictator Vladimir Putin with a blow to Moscow in the event of an attack on Ukraine.
“I said: “Vladimir, if you go to Ukraine, I will beat you so hard that you will not even believe. I’ll smack you in the middle of damn Moscow,” the politician said.
Trump called Putin his friend and confirmed their good relationship.
“I said, ‘We’re friends.’ I don’t want to do this, but I have no choice.” I said, “Just hit you really hard, and I’ll take the broken domes off your head.” Because, you know, he lives under the domes,” Trump added.
According to Trump, Putin responded by saying he would not invade Ukraine.
Let’s remember that the politician said earlier that Putin wanted to attack Ukraine for a long time, but it did not happen earlier, allegedly because of Trump’s “position”.
