The building fire was reported around midnight; the total area of the fire, which has been extinguished, is 40 sq.m.
Two women started the fire. They were caught on CCTV cameras with seven Molotov cocktails in their hands – the number of office windows. They broke the windows in the building and threw two Molotov cocktails inside. One of them set himself on fire.
At this time, the identities of the arson suspects have not been determined, and the women are still not in custody.
The representative of Perm United Russia, Vyacheslav Grigoriev, said that on that day a humanitarian cargo weighing three tons was sent from the party office to the war in Ukraine. The party believes the arson was revenge for supporting the war against Ukraine.
