It is known that the explosions in the occupied peninsula happened around 01.20. Later, the occupation authorities announced air defense operations due to the alleged missile attack.
“According to preliminary information, the military destroyed a missile at a great distance from the coast over the water area,” wrote Gauleiter of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.
According to him, in Sevastopol “no civilian objects in the city were damaged.”
Meanwhile, residents of Crimea spoke online about loud explosions heard not only in the area of Sevastopol, but also in Balaklava, as well as in the area of Belbek airfield and in the Baydar Valley (a closed basin in the south- western part of Crimea, 40 km south ) east of Sevastopol).
As Crimean Wind writes, against the backdrop of the statements of representatives of the work “administration” about the alleged shooting of a missile, there were at least five explosions, namely: two – from Balaklava to Sevastopol, and three more – at Belbek airport.
