Ukrainian enterprises will re-check the criticality of reservations from mobilization.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes to the procedure for identifying critical enterprises and allowed them to be checked for compliance with established criteria. This is stated in the relevant government decree dated October 22.
It is noted that a new paragraph has been added to the procedure for defining “economically critical enterprises.” It provides that the authority that decided to grant critical status may verify their compliance with the established criteria.
After verification, this body makes one of two decisions:
- the facility does not meet the criteria and its critical status is removed.
- the enterprise meets the criteria and the status is confirmed.
The auditor must send a copy of such a decision within one day to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Defense, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service or the Ministry of Digital Development.
Let us recall that on October 10, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced plans to conduct an audit of critical enterprises for reservations by November 15. The check will only affect those enterprises that have received critical status from local governments.
