The Foreign Minister, on behalf of the President, will visit four states of the Arab world and Africa to promote the Peace Formula.
After Turkey, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga will visit Oman, Angola, Egypt and the Republic of South Africa. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“On October 23-28, the Foreign Minister will visit Oman, Angola, Egypt and the Republic of South Africa to promote the Peace Formula, develop political dialogue, consolidate humanitarian and energy support for Ukraine, develop trade and economic cooperation,” the statement said.
In particular, on October 23, the minister will hold negotiations with the political leadership of Oman and the Ukrainian community.
On October 24 and 25, Sibiga will visit Angola. His talks with Angolan officials and a meeting with the Ukrainians of Angola are planned in Lusaka.
On October 26, the minister will visit Egypt. In Cairo, he will hold talks with Egyptian officials and the leadership of the League of Arab States, sign bilateral documents and meet with the Ukrainian community.
On October 27-28, Sibiga will visit South Africa. In Johannesburg, he is scheduled to speak with the country’s officials, representatives of the business community, leading experts and the Ukrainian community.
Let us recall that on October 22, Sibiga, during a visit to Turkey, met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
