“On October 18, at about 11:40, a UAZ Patriot car exploded in the center of temporarily occupied Lugansk. Inside the car was an officer of the Russian occupation army, Major Dmitry Pervukha,” the report said.
According to intelligence data, as a result of the explosion, the attacker involved in war crimes was killed.
Pervukha is in the service of the subordinate General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces 273rd Intelligence Center (military unit 53847), whose permanent deployment point is located in Novosibirsk.
