Russian infidels executed a wounded Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman.
During a combat mission in the Bakhmut region, a Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman was probably wounded. After some time, the building in which he was located was captured by infidels, and he was taken prisoner. The Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office reported this on October 18.
It is noted that the Reshetists shot an unarmed Ukrainian defender lying on the ground. It is preliminary known that a war crime occurred on September 6 at about 10:00 near the Phenolic Plant in the village of New York.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder – Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The prosecutor’s office emphasized that the murder of prisoners of war is a gross violation of the Geneva Conventions and is classified as a serious international crime.
Let us recall that on October 13, the analytical portal DeepState announced the execution of nine Ukrainian soldiers in the Kursk region.
And on October 6, the National Guard announced that Russian occupiers shot at point-blank range three Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered in New York in the Donetsk region.
ISW believes that Russian commanders encourage the occupiers to commit such war crimes. It is possible that they can give direct orders about this.
