The United States will not discuss Ukraine without Ukraine with foreign leaders who do not accept Zelensky’s plans to achieve a just world, Washington assured.
The United States of America is still discussing the details of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s Victory Plan, but it already supports the initiative. John Kirby, coordinator for strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, said this on Friday, October 18, in a briefing.
According to Kirby, US President Joe Biden appreciated that the Ukrainian head of state came to Washington to show him his Victory Plan.
“We’re still learning the details. So I’m not going to go into every detail. But I will say that, as we have made clear, we support President Zelensky’s Just Peace Plan,” said Kirby.
He added that it is very important that the peace that can be achieved is recognized by Zelensky and the Ukrainian people.
