The appeal of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine postponed the consideration of the complaint against the preventive measure to the head of the Khmelnitsky MSEC Tatyana Krupa.
This was reported today, October 17, in the Telegram channel of the Anti-Corruption Center.
Tatyana Krupa’s defenders filed appeals against the decision of the Pechersky Court of Kyiv on her arrest not only to the Appeals Chamber of the HACS, but also to the Kiev Court of Appeal, the Civil Procedure Code notes. — Therefore, the case materials were sent to the Kyiv Court of Appeal, and not to HACS. Therefore, the judges of the HACC Appeals Chamber decided to postpone the court hearing to October 23.
It is noted that Krupa joined the meeting from the pre-trial detention center via video link.
Since Krupa is also a deputy of the Khmelnitsky Regional Council, his case was transferred to NABU due to jurisdiction. Therefore, it is the HACS appeal that should consider appeals, and not the Kyiv appeal, the Civil Procedure Code added.
Earlier, the Pechersky Court of Kyiv took Krupa into custody with an alternative to bail in the amount of UAH 500 million. She is suspected of illegal enrichment of at least 137 million UAH.
Let us remind you that yesterday the media reported that about 50 prosecutors of the Khmelnytsky Prosecutor’s Office, headed by the regional prosecutor, were granted disability status and received appropriate payments.
