“During the talks, special attention was paid to increasing the level of defense cooperation in the coming months, additional training for Ukrainian soldiers and strengthening sanctions against Russia, Zelensky mentioned the readiness of the United States States to significantly strengthen Ukrainian positions,” the message said.
The parties also discussed the future online meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine.
Zelensky said he presented the Victory Plan to the Verkhovna Rada and received the support of all parliamentary factions and groups. In addition, the President will discuss the Victory Plan with members of the public to unite Ukrainians. Tomorrow at the European Council, the President will present the Victory Plan to EU partners.
