In Volyn, more than 20 searches were carried out in hospitals, MSEC, VLK and district and city TCCs.
As reported by the Specialized Defense Prosecutor’s Office, two Lutsk residents are suspected of organizing a scheme to evade mobilization.
Their “services” were valued at 7-12 thousand dollars per person. For this money, they promised to influence doctors and the TCC to issue a deferment. In total, 60 thousand dollars were seized during the searches.
For money, the defendants prepared documents that allowed the man to be “written off” according to military records. They also organized the production of fictitious medical certificates and examinations, on the basis of which MSEC issued a disability group to a healthy man.
To remove the conscript from the military register, the defendants used personal connections in Volyn hospitals, the Lutsk city MSEC and the regional TCC.
Two have already been informed of suspicion. All participants in the scheme are being identified, the SBU says.
