Ukraine is preparing a document containing conditions for a fair end to the war with the Russian Federation.
Since July, the Ukrainian authorities have been working on the points of the Peace Formula. And by November they will complete the development of a document that will set out detailed conditions for a just end to the war. Kyiv is also preparing to host the second peace summit. President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky stated this at the Ukraine-Southeastern Europe summit.
The head of state noted that the question now arises of how to force the aggressor country to establish peace with Ukraine and how to force the people responsible for the war to fulfill the terms of the peace formula.
To this end, the authorities have developed a plan of measures that can correct the situation by the upcoming peace summit. Zelensky is confident that they will deprive Russia of the opportunity to threaten Europe.
This plan has already been presented in the United States, now we are sharing this plan with all our partners to achieve the goals, the president noted.
