The cargo ship USKO MFU under the flag of Cameroon, which illegally entered the ports of the temporarily occupied Crimea to carry out commercial activities, was detained in the Odessa region by the Maritime Security of the State Border Guard Service along with others more law enforcement officers. The press service of the State Border Guard Service reported this on Wednesday, October 9.
The arrest took place in July of this year.
By court decision, the ship was transferred to the ownership of the state of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a foreign cargo ship and its captain, who worked for the aggressor country Russia, in the waters of the Odessa region. The attacker helped the invaders to export Ukrainian grain from Crimea.
