So, already in 2025, the Russian government plans to spend 13.08 trillion rubles on closed items, or 31.5% of the total cost.
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation set the total amount of expenses for next year in the draft budget at 41.47 trillion rubles. At the same time, only 28.39 trillion rubles are allocated for sections and target items.
This year, the government plans to spend 11.0 trillion rubles on closed items, or 30% of total treasury expenditures in the amount of 36.66 trillion rubles. However, as a result, they can be higher – the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation predicts an increase in budget expenditures by the end of the year by 2.75 trillion rubles from the current plan to 39.4 trillion rubles.
