People’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko said that by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, the commander of a military unit is given the right to give directions to the Military Military Command.
The Cabinet of Ministers changed some points of the Procedure for enlisting citizens for military service during mobilization for a special period. People’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko announced this on his Telegram channel on Tuesday, October 1.
By government order, the commander of a military unit is given the right to issue directions for passing the Military Military Test to determine the level of suitability for military service.
Commanders of military units will also be given the right to recruit military units into combat at the expense of volunteers who have expressed a desire to serve under conscription.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to determine the list of military units whose commanders will recruit reservists and those liable for military service.
