Military registration violators in Ukraine are wanted by the police.
Persons liable for military service who have not updated their military registration data or do not have military registration documents are considered violators of military registration. Such persons are detected by employees of Territorial Acquisition Centers. About this in. O. Andrey Moroz, deputy head of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional TCC and joint venture, said in an interview with Western Courier.
According to him, most of those liable for military service have updated their military registration data. But there are also citizens who did not do this. These Ukrainians automatically became violators of military records, and they face administrative liability. The offenders are wanted by the police.
The military man added that violators are also those who do not have military registration documents. In addition, there is a category of citizens who have the right to a deferment from service, but for some reason they have not updated their data. Those with military registration documents of an unknown type also violated the records.
Our employees discover them every day during alert measures and hand them over to the police,” said Moroz.
Then the TCC updates all the person’s data, and if he is subject to conscription and mobilization, he automatically undergoes a military medical commission. If a person’s health permits, and a deferment is not provided, then a training center and subsequently a unit where he will serve is immediately determined.
Let us remind you that in the Transcarpathian region, a woman said that her father was illegally detained by TCC and SP officers and beaten to death. Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets said that this case requires an immediate, comprehensive and impartial investigation.
