North Korean leader Kim Jong-in’s sister, Kim Yo Jong, says the new US aid package to Ukraine is putting Europe on the brink of nuclear war. His statement was published by the state news agency KCNA.
Kim called the aid to Ukraine an “unbelievable mistake” and “playing with fire.”
According to him, the United States, by its actions, aggravates the situation in Ukraine and puts Europe on the brink of nuclear war.
“The United States and the West should not ignore or underestimate Russia’s serious warnings,” the statement said.
Kim also questioned the West’s ability to face the consequences if it continued to “play with fire against Russia,” stressing that Russia is a nuclear-armed state. He called giving Ukraine a new military aid package a dangerous and irresponsible step.
Previously, South Korean intelligence reported that from mid-2022, North Korea will send 13 thousand sea containers to Russia that can carry weapons.
According to media reports, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin sent North Korean leader Kim Jong-in 24 Oryol trotter horses as partial payment for artillery shells for the war against Ukraine.
