On the day of the so-called “reunification” of the temporarily occupied Lugansk region with Russia, local collaborators handed over Russian passports to “activists of the first movement” – 17 children received the document and took the oath of allegiance to Russia. This was reported on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
“the movement of the first” is the so-called youth movement of Russia, which was created on December 18, 2022 precisely for the purpose of “educating” the younger generation on the initiative of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

It is noted that the occupiers are creating a network of various patriotic organizations with the subsequent goal of recruiting young people to the TOT of Ukraine. Thus, recently in the village of Veseloye, Zaporozhye region, a new branch of the so-called “Young Guard” was opened.
