In the Kharkov region, it is now necessary to carry out demining measures in 16 OTGs of about 6 thousand 987 km of mined overhead power lines.
Over the past two months, 120 km have been cleared of mines. The press service of Kharkovoblenergo reported this today, September 27.
Today, about 100 settlements with a total of 43 thousand consumers remain without electricity in the Kharkov region – mainly in border, front-line areas. The main problem is that demining cannot be carried out there, because these are the locations that are subject to constant shelling from the aggressor,” the company notes.
Residents of front-line regions are urged to be understanding in cases where electricity cannot be restored, given the fighting near the settlements where they live – in this case, in villages near which fighting is taking place, the best solution would be to evacuate to safer areas.
It is noted that since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, three Kharkovoblenergo employees were killed and 12 more were injured as a result of mine explosions by the aggressor.
