A Lviv blogger has been charged with leaking locations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and fraud.
Prosecutors do not specify the name of the suspect, but from the details of the case it follows that it is Ostap Stakhiv. This citizen was searched today. This was reported on March 25 by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
Investigators believe that in the months before the full-scale Russian invasion, Stakhov incited people to stage mass riots and seize government buildings under the guise of an “anti-vaccination movement.”
The pseudo-activist wrote on social networks that the full-scale war in Ukraine was allegedly caused by “third countries” that “provoked” Moscow into a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Also, during one of his live broadcasts, Stakhov publicly announced the exact location of one of the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, thereby putting the soldiers in danger.
The perpetrator is charged with disseminating information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and fraud – Part 2 of Article 114-2, Part 1, 2 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code.
Let us recall that on September 25, the SBU, the National Police and the prosecutor’s office came with searches to the Lviv pseudo-activist Ostap Stakhiv, who is known for his friendship with collaborator Kirill Stremusov.
