Zelensky told the UN that the Russian Federation is trying to undermine international unity

Speaking at the Future Summit at the UN headquarters in the United States, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia and its allies are trying to destroy international unity. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine on Monday, September 23.

“You all see who is actively working to destroy Global Unity. This time during the work on the Pact for the Future, the same small group of seven conspirators led by Russia has once again acted destructively, always opposing the any global initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the UN Charter “This group always behaves like this when the UN tries to do something that works for the benefit of everyone, and you see it all,” he said.

The President recalled that Ukraine is preparing to host the second summit.

“We are now preparing for the second peace summit, step by step we are advancing with our partners in the peace formula all other points of the peace formula, including the release of prisoners, restoration of the integrity of territory and many others,” he added.

Zelensky called on all countries to support Ukraine’s efforts for a just and peaceful future.

“I invite all the heads of state to continue to support our joint efforts for a just and peaceful future that Putin stole, but he never stole the future of the world,” the President of Ukraine.

Let’s recall that on September 22, Zelensky announced that he came to the United States to participate in the events of the UN General Assembly. He noted that in the United States he will present Ukraine’s victory plan to all the leaders of the partner countries. He will also introduce it to both parties in Congress and to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
