Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree providing social guarantees for Russians moving to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. CNS informed this the previous day, on September 21.
We are talking about the occupied regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhye, Kherson and Crimea. Payments are given, first of all, to “seconded” specialists who bring their entire families with them. They promised from three to five million Russian rubles.
It is noted that the most in demand for the administration of work are workers who can equip the borders/positions and transport goods, as well as builders for the restoration of infrastructure facilities in Ukraine cities that destroyed by Russian troops.
In the temporarily occupied territories, the Russians were still unable to complete the formation of their occupation administrations. Therefore, they also continue to look for “workers” to work in administrations and other fake structures.

Earlier it became known that the Russian invaders want to “certify” the entire local population over 14 years old in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by the end of 2024.
