Most of the ammunition was outside the shelters because the Russians kept moving it out by trains and trucks.
In the raided warehouse in Krasnodar Territory, ammunition was stored in the open air. This was reported by OSINT researcher Daniele on the social network X on the morning of Saturday, September 21.
He released several satellite images from an ammunition depot in the village of Kamenny in the Tikhoretsky region before the night attack.
“The warehouse is old and not even secure by modern standards… but it appears, as usual, that a lot of ammunition was left outside. Possibly because it was ready to be shipped by trains and trucks ,” he wrote.
According to the OSINT researcher, the warehouse is vulnerable to drone attack.
“You can see bullets along the main road and trucks coming and going. Trucks that look like civilians,” he added.
Meanwhile, a video of heavy smoke observed by residents of the city of Tikhoretsk was published on social networks. This settlement is located at a distance of 10 kilometers from the attacked ammunition depot.
We remind you that tonight there were powerful explosions at ammunition depots in the Tver region and the Krasnodar region, which caused a violent reaction among local residents.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the “downing” of 101 drones.
