Troops of the aggressor country Russia launched new attacks on Kharkov.
Yesterday at about 11:50 p.m. the Russian army launched three S-400 missiles at the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. Two outbuildings were completely burned down. The facades of nearby apartment buildings were damaged and windows were broken. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram on September 19.
And at 4:50 the city was attacked by Russian aviation. Law enforcement officers found out that the enemy used a KAB-250 with a UMPK module for shelling. As a result of the attack, a school, a kindergarten and a nine-story residential building were damaged in the Industrial District.
And in the Saltovsky district, buildings of a civil enterprise were damaged, as well as the administrative premises of the metro depot.
Law enforcement officers have begun a pre-trial investigation into the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us recall that the Russian army attacked an energy facility in the Sumy region on the night of September 19. As a result, the city of Sumy and part of the Sumy region were de-energized. By the morning, all consumers were back on.
