In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, collaborators cannot cope with the fires on their own.
The press service of the Luhansk Regional Military District reported this today, September 16.
It is noted that over the 10 years of occupation, the so-called “LPR” has not been provided with a sufficient amount of fire-fighting equipment, so the collaborators are asking Russia for help.
But they are in no hurry there either, because in the Rostov region alone there are about 60 fires. The flames are probably spreading from there – the vast majority of fires in the occupied Luhansk region occurred near the border with the Russian Federation, the OVA emphasizes.
It is noted that even the infrastructure of the Izvarino checkpoint caught fire.
The fire also engulfed industrial facilities and populated areas.
Thus, the media of the occupiers report that in the village of Olkhovo in the Stanichno-Luhansk community, located near the border, fire has already destroyed dozens of residential buildings.
