Zelenskyy has once again confirmed that he will present this plan to US President Joe Biden during a personal meeting. He wants to discuss with the White House owner how to strengthen Ukraine before the Peace Summit so that the country takes a strong position.

The President admitted that the Ukrainian plan contains four main points, and one more is needed for the post-war period. It talks about security, Ukraine’s geopolitical place, “very strong” military support available to Ukraine. The document also states that Kyiv can decide for itself how to use the assistance provided, as well as economic support.
Recall that the Office of the President of Ukraine stated that the German publication Bild spread disinformation about a “plan for Ukraine’s victory” when it wrote that President Volodymyr Zelensky was ready to offer Russia a ceasefire on part of the front.
