Syrsky announced the increase during basic training for army personnel

Currently, the General Staff is exploring the possibility of creating an Instructors’ School, which will be the primary and only source of quality trained instructors.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky emphasized that high-quality training is one of the main factors in preserving the life of a Ukrainian soldier. He noticed it on Facebook on Sunday, September 15.

Syrsky informed about intentions to increase the period of basic military training of Ukrainian fighters.

He held a working meeting on this issue with the participation of heads of military command and control agencies involved in training, as well as commanders of combat brigades and heads of training centers.

The parties discussed problematic issues affecting the quality of training of military personnel and developed ways to solve them. Separately from the meeting, the direction of improving the training programs was discussed.

The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that instructors play an important role in the quality of training.

“Therefore, we are paying attention to attracting motivated instructors with combat experience. We are also examining the possibility of creating a School of Instructors, which will be the main and only source of quality trained instructors during basic combined arms training The corresponding project will be launched in October-November this year,” added Syrsky.

We remind you that the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted training in the Black Sea.

We also reported that military exercises took place in the Darnytskyi district of the capital of Ukraine with the participation of Kyiv defenders and equipment.
