The Foreign Ministry called on the world to respond to the killings of Ukrainian prisoners of war

Russia’s war crimes are part of Russia’s ongoing gross violations of international humanitarian law.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine calls on the world community to firmly condemn yet another war crime by the occupying army of the Russian Federation. This is what Foreign Ministry Speaker Georgy Tikhy said.

“We are appalled by the horrific footage obtained by CNN, which shows the Russians killing Ukrainian soldiers in cold blood as they surrender,” he said.

The Foreign Ministry emphasized that this war crime is part of Russia’s ongoing gross violations of international humanitarian law. Russian barbarism is a shame to humanity.

“We call on all states and international organizations to strongly condemn the systematic killing and torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russia. man,” said a Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
